Rates for Service
Individual sessions $150 per 60 minute session.
Extended sessions $200 per 80 minute session.
Booster session is $75 per 30 minute session.
I am able to offer Santa Barbara area home visit sessions when medically necessary for a $20 charge.
In special circumstances, I am able to offer a sliding scale fee for clients with limited financial resources. Please call for more details and eligibility requirements. If you are in need of services and feel you cannot afford my fee, please call me for referrals to mental health clinics. There are times in which an intern whom I directly supervise may be available to work with clients at a discounted rate.
I am an out of network provider for many insurance companies. I do not bill insurance directly, however, most insurance companies will provide "out of network" coverage for mental health treatment from a Santa Barbara Therapist and reimburse you for a portion of the fee. I can provide you with a bill to submit to your insurance. I recommend contacting your insurance provider to inquire about your mental health benefits and ask if they will cover services from an out of network provider. Be sure to find out how many sessions are covered, what your deductible is, and how much will you have to pay out of pocket for an out of network provider.
I require 24 hour notice to cancel an appointment. I reserve the right to bill for a missed session that has not been cancelled 24 hours in advance.
I make an effort to return calls within 24 hours. Please be aware that I do not offer 24 hour telephone coverage. If there is an emergency and you cannot wait for my return call, please call 911 or go to your local emergency room.
